Become part of our exciting journey and work as a Senior Associate or Project Manager at the intersection of sustainability and business model transformation and actively shape the future.

Tasks

  • Project management for projects and modules in large-scale sustainability and circularity transformation programs
  • Development of transformation strategies, initiation of an effective project portfolio and implementation based on organization-specific roadmaps
  • Development of sustainable and circular business models considering all stakeholders
  • Managing process change to realize circular business models, e.g. regarding repair management process or reverse logistics
  • Identification of technological levers for scaling ecological and social impact and accelerating the path towards the SDGs
  • Support for professional change management – involving managers and employees and ensuring commitment and enablement within the organization
  • Development of thought leadership materials for publication
  • Project-related management of employees and working students

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as Head of Sustainability/ ESG or as part of a sustainability transformation program with responsibility for a mission-critical project/program
  • Degree in industrial engineering, law, business informatics, business administration, communication, journalism or a comparable course of study (Master’s degree, alternatively Bachelor Degree)
  • Understanding of how digital technologies and IT can be translated into ecological and social impact at scale; good overview of relevant use cases
  • Proof of having taken an entrepreneurial approach towards ESG, focusing on opportunities and driving the adaptation of new beliefs and behaviors in addition to the foundational elements of awareness-raising, legal housekeeping, etc.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual work, and independent and autonomous judgment
  • Strong empathy to maintain the trust of our customers and colleagues, and the ability to communicate complex issues in an inspiring way
  • Inner drive to face new challenges, to constantly learn and to actively shape the future
  • Business fluent in English (German would be a plus), with which you can easily communicate internationally with customers and in our teams
