/ BLUEGAIN CONTRIBUTION
As part of Hultafors Group [HGAB]-wide Digital Business Impact program, our bluegain team worked with HGAB’s CEO Martin Knobloch and the entire Leadership team and reached the following results:
- Initialized Transformation with guiding Northstar, onboarded key stakeholders, and based on strategic opportunity analysis and digital maturity assessment, set-up the Group-wide HGAB Digital Transformation Strategy and Group-wide Program for Europe and North America.
- By running the Transformation Program Office, steered the Program professionally, orchestrated workstreams across businesses and countries, and with an effective Governance including Sponsors & Advisory Boards tracked the progress and impact realization.
- With Fast-Forward Approach, developed a prioritized portfolio of digital business demands, identified HGAB’s top priority Use Cases and Digital BizImpact Projects in workshops with Business Units and Divisions, mobilized key stakeholders, and aggregated on a Group-level to steer Transformation Program effectively towards impact at scale.
- Developed a Group-wide IT Target Picture both for Software Applications and Data Foundation with framing conditions and crafted bespoke Roadmaps for each Business Unit and obtained Board of Director Approval for a Multi-Year Budget Commitment for Hultafors Group Transformation.
- Accompanied the Vendor Selection Process for HGAB’s IT Target Picture both for software vendors and implementation partners, helped evaluate, shortlist, and select all vendors/partners fit-for-purpose in detail during the RfI and RfP phases as a neutral advisor.
- Helped define Hultafors Group’s Sustainability Vision and Ambition, identified key sustainability and circularity playing fields re. Environmental, Social Sustainability, Governance both bottom-up and top-down, and specified the sustainability / circularity implications on HGAB’s Group IT Target Picture and IT Strategy HGAB IT Target Picture.
