/ ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Artificial Intelligence [AI] is revolutionizing industries and changing society as we know it, as it has a growing impact on business productivity, ecological impact and the employment landscape. It is therefore no surprise that following massive investment from the US with tech companies such as OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and NVIDIA and China with DeepSeek shaking up the AI market, the European Commission recently launched InvestAI to mobilize EUR 200 billion for investment in AI, including a new European fund of EUR 20 billion for AI gigafactories.

Thanks to the deafening enthusiasm for AI and Data Science on social media, business leaders no longer doubt the transformative potential of this powerful duo. But in many cases, executives are investing in AI without their companies actually benefiting from it. Like other digital technologies, AI is only a means to an end, namely to achieve business, ecological or social impact at scale. Use cases are the ultimate currency of any successful digital transformation program.

Boardroom discussions too often focus their AI approach only on automation use cases. However, in the age of GenAI, augmentation is key, and with the smart combination of augmentation and automation, your organization can even create a ‘flywheel’ for business success. Getting real value out of AI requires more than just new technology; it requires transformation.

This invite-only 2-Day Executive Program ‘ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE – LEADING THE TRANSFORMATION FOR DECISION MAKERS’ is designed for CxOs, Transformative Leaders, and Executives seeking to move beyond a technology-first approach, focusing instead on strategies that emphasize use-case driven digital and AI transformation and human augmentation – not only to turbocharge the performance of their own organization, but also to enable collaboration with customers, suppliers, and other partners in their ecosystem.

By participating in this program, you will learn how the new strategic AI responsibility can be filled with life and take home the methods and tools in a concentrated form to develop effective transformation strategies and implement them successfully in your company. You will also be in a space to engage in meaningful conversations with forward-thinking leaders such as yourself. You will leave the program with a dual certificate from the Drucker School of Management and the bluegain Academy.
