Executive Program
/ New Strategic Transformation Responsibility of CIO, CDO and CTO [2 Days]
/ PROGRAM OVERVIEW
With Generative AI, we have entered the next phase of technology-driven exponential growth and digital technologies are becoming an integral part of every organization’s value creation architecture. Nevertheless, the strategic influence of CIOs, CDOs and CTOs remains underrepresented on the board: How can the “Silicon Ceiling” be overcome?
According to the World Economic Forum, 80% of managers believe that their business models are at risk. And 60% of all successful digitalization programs transform into new, digital business models. Despite this, many companies only undertake changes that only scratch the surface. How can change initiatives at the interface between business model and digital transformation, be successfully implemented and prevent a “flipping back”?
We are entering a post-greenwashing era in which ESG and sustainability transformation programs require a new quality of seriousness. At the same time digital technology has matured to the point where it can serve as an accelerator on the road to the UN sustainability goals. Nevertheless, many leaders still view sustainability and technology as separate priorities and even opposing goals. How can the intelligent interplay of digitalization and sustainability open up new opportunities for a greener economy and society?
This full-day program, which has also been performed at leading business schools, shows CIOs, CDOs and CTOs how the new strategic responsibility for Digital and IT Transformation, Sustainability Transformation and Business Model Transformation can be approached in an integrative manner. The Execution Education Program provides a concentrated overview of the methods and tools to develop effective transformation strategies and implement them successfully in your organization. After successful participation, the program concludes with a certificate.
A top-class lecturer provides learning experiences with practical relevance at business school level: Dr. Carsten Linz is a proven transformation expert, author of the bestseller ‘Radical Business Model Transformation’, and a member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network. He accompanies CEOs and CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs around the world in their challenging task of transforming established companies at the intersection of digital change, business model change and sustainability transformation.
The program will be held as a face-to-face event and takes place at the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel, Frankfurt/Main. Each participant will receive a copy of the bestseller Radical Business Model Transformation.
