- Dr. Carsten Linz is the CEO and Founder of bluegain. Formerly Group Digital Officer at BASF and Business Development Officer at SAP, he is known for building €100 million businesses and leading large-scale transformations affecting 60,000+ employees. He is represented on various boards including Shareability’s Technology & Innovation Committee and Social Impact. A member of the World Economic Forum’s Expert Network, Dr. Linz is also author of renowned books and articles who shares his expertise in executive programs at top business schools around the world.
- Prof. Dr. Andreas Pfnür has held the Chair of Real Estate Management and Construction Management at the Technical University of Darmstadt since 2004. He advised companies, governments and public administrations on real estate management issues in numerous projects together. His scientific research findings are regularly published in leading international real estate journals. He is a member of the board of the Institut der Deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft e.V., the board of the Bundesverband Public Private Partnership e.V., and an honorary fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Dr. Christian Schlicht is CEO at Beyond Tech. He is Past President at CoreNet Global and chaired the Central Europe Chapter from 2021-2023. With a doctorate in industrial engineering and a penchant for complex projects, he was CEO & founder of REGUL.AI until his successful exit in April 2022. Prior to this, he was responsible for corporate real estate management at Würth for over a decade and spent six years as Director of Center Management and Facility Management at ECE Project Management.
- Christina Süss works at Facility Management at Phoenix Contact. Her responsibilities cover a broad spectrum in facility management from commercial to technical processes with an emphasis on digitalization, process optimization, and IoT.
